He is co-editor of a major commentary on the German Income Tax Act (EStG) and the Family Office Handbook published by C.H. Beck, a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Institute of Tax Advisors in Hesse, and the author of numerous publications.<\/p>\n
He was also an expert member of the German Bundestag’s Finance Committee. In addition, he holds various supervisory board and advisory board positions at family-owned companies.<\/p>\n
Previously, Prof. Dr. Swen B\u00e4uml was a partner at one of the international Big Four and head of the tax department at the family office of the family-owned company Boehringer Ingelheim, among other positions.<\/p>\n
